To be eligible to enter, individuals must sign up to become a Celebrity Slim member before entering the Celebrity Slim Rapid - 6 Week Challenge, and can do so by visiting the Celebrity Slim website at www.celebrityslim.com.au or following the prompts on www.facebook.com/CelebritySlimAustralia, if not already done so.
To enter, individuals must then:
a. during the Promotional Period, access the entry form on the Celebrity Slim Australia Facebook application (Application) on the Celebrity Slim Australia Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/CelebritySlimAustralia (Facebook Page) or on the Celebrity Slim website: www.celebrityslim.com. au (Website);
b. complete the entry form, upload a ‘before-photograph’ of themselves (see photograph requirements below) and submit the fully completed entry form; and
c. to finalise an entry, at the completion of their 6 Week Challenge, entrants will receive an email from the Promoter, requesting them to upload an ‘after-photograph’ of themselves. Entrants must then follow the prompts in the email to upload an ‘after-photograph’ of themselves (see photograph requirements below). All entries must be finalised, and the ‘after-photograph’ submitted, by no later than 11:59pm AEDST on 15/3/2014. Entrants who do no receive an email from the Promoter requesting them to upload an ‘after-photograph’ of themselves must contact the Promoter at info@celebrityslim.com.au no later than one (1) week after their 6 Week Challenge has been completed.
Total prize pool value is $10,000. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Cash prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque.
