Promotional Period Opens 23 Jul 2018

The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Contesting Period Dates Daily, from 23 Jul 2018 to 15 Aug 2018 (excluding public holidays).
Times Between 06:00 and 15:00 AEST
"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be able to attend Sea FM's $10k Hide n Seek on 15 Aug 2018 at a location to be confirmed by the Promoter on
the Gold Coast and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of NSW and QLD.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been determined as a Finalist, they must not continue to
attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must on a Contesting Day:
1. Listen to 90.9 Sea FM and telephone the station competition line following the broadcast of a cue to call.
2. Be selected by the Promoter in accordance with the Judging Details to participate on air.
3. Once selected to participate on air the listener will be determined as a 'Finalist' and invited to participate in Sea FM's $10k
Hide n Seek "The Event"
Event
All Finalists at the Event will be required to participate in a ‘Hide and Seek’ activity in accordance with the Promoter’s
instructions, as follows:
? All Finalists must find a secret hiding place at the Event location (within the restricted area as advised by the
Promoter).
? The Promoter’s representatives will then have a nominated timeframe to search for and locate the Finalists.
? The last remaining Finalist to be located by the Promoter’s representatives will be deemed the Major Prize winner.
If there are multiple remaining Finalists that the Promoter’s representatives have not located by the end of the nominated
timeframe, those Finalist(s) will be deemed the Major Prize winners and will each receive an equal share of the Major Prize.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteri All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, or as otherwise specified. Where
entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and there may be a time
factor applied.

Winners

Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: 15 Aug 2018 at 17:00 AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner(s) forfeits the prize.
Additional Terms The Promoter will provide each Finalist with documentation to confirm their entry to the Promotion. Each Finalist must
complete and return the mandatory documentation as instructed by the Promoter (including but not necessarily limited to):
a) A signed copy of these Terms and Conditions;
b) A copy of photo identification (drivers licence or other form of identification as approved at the Promoter’s discretion);
c) A Southern Cross Austereo performance release form;
d) A personal details profile form.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that the Event may be photographed and/or filmed for the
purposes of marketing and publicity.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that they are in good physical health suitable for the purposes of
taking part in the Event, and that they will notify the Promoter of any injuries and/or otherwise that may prevent them from
taking part.
All entrants and other Event attendees will be required to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents
and/or promotional partners and suppliers at all times during the Event. Any individuals at the Event who fail to follow the
instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers may be asked to leave the
Event site, and may be disqualified from the Promotion.
All entrants participate in the Event – and travel to and from the Event – at their own risk.
The location of the Event is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Event location may change without prior warning. The
Promoter may request that the Finalists stand in a particular area/order and may provide reasonable instructions to the
Finalists, which the Finalists must abide by.
In the case of extreme or wet weather, at the Promoter’s discretion the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the Event at
any time. The Promoter will not be held liable for any such necessary changes and Finalists will not be compensated in any
way.
