Who is eligible to enter the Coles Flybuys Kleenex/Viva competition?
The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over who are registered Flybuys members. New Flybuys members must complete their registration process to be eligible. Employees of the Promoter, Flybuys, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How is the winner selected?
Winners are selected through a random draw from all valid entries. The draw takes place on 13 October 2026 at 10:00 AM AEST at Focal Promotions, Beaumaris VIC. The first 100 valid entries drawn will win a prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with the competition terms.
How will the winner be notified?
Winners will be notified in writing or via email within 10 days after the draw date. Additionally, winners' last names, first initials, and postcodes will be posted on the Coles website within the same timeframe.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize remains unclaimed within 90 days after the draw date, a further draw will be conducted at 10:00 AM AEST on 9 January 2027 at Focal Promotions, Beaumaris VIC. The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prize, with winners notified within seven days.
