Who can enter the giveaway?

The giveaway is open to minors under 16 years of age who are residents of South Australia (SA) and Northern Territory (NT). Entrants must have the permission of a parent or guardian to participate, as winning images will be featured in the 2025 Police Credit Union (PCU) calendar, on the PCU website, and in other marketing materials.

When does the giveaway close?

The giveaway opens at 9:00 am (ACST) on Monday, 1st July 2024, and closes at 5:00 pm (ACST) on Friday, 30th August 2024. All entries must be submitted by this deadline to be eligible.

How can one enter the giveaway?

Participants can enter the giveaway by submitting their artwork either digitally or by post:

Digital Submission:

Entrants must submit high-resolution artwork (recommended 300dpi), in landscape format, A4 size or larger, along with a description of 25 words or less via www.gleam.io by 5:00 pm (ACST) on Friday, 30th August 2024.

Postal Submission:

Entrants can mail their artwork in landscape format, A4 size or larger, with a description of 25 words or less to Police Credit Union Art Competition, 17-23 Carrington Street, Adelaide SA 5000. The submission must be received by 5:00 pm (ACST) on Friday, 30th August 2024.
Entrants must provide their full name, age, residential address, contact phone number, and email address with their submission. Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant can only win one prize.

What prize can be won, and what is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool for the competition is $1,300 AUD. The prizes consist of 13 x $100 AUD Visa gift cards, one for each winner. The gift cards will be posted to the winners by Tuesday, 24th September 2024. Winners are selected by the PCU Competition Committee based on their submitted artwork.

Additional Details:

- Winners will be chosen by the PCU Competition Committee at 11:00 am (ACST) on Tuesday, 3rd September 2024, at 17-23 Carrington Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
- Winners will be notified by email, phone call, or letter by Tuesday, 10th September 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, PCU reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.
- PCU reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and its terms and conditions without notice. Entries will not be returned, and PCU is not responsible for lost or damaged submissions.
