‘Stik With It and Win’ Terms & Conditions
1. Entry is only open to Beaumont Tiles trade customers in NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and QLD & NT. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Persons must be over the age of 18 to enter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry/claims process or who submits an entry/claim that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
3. Each Eligible Entrant will receive:
a. 1 entry for each bag of ABA Choicestik 20kg
b. 2 entries for each bag of ABA Tradestik 20kg
c. 3 entries for each bag of ABA Powerstik 20kg
d. 5 entries for each bag of ABA Powerstik Plus 15kg
4. Entry is conditional upon purchase of ABA Stick With It products during the promotion period (13th August – September 30th 2018). (Powerstik Plus 15kg, Powerstik 20kg, Tradestik 20kg, and Choicestik 20kg)
5. Each winner must be able to provide proof of purchase.
6. Promotion commences on 13th August 2018. The final date for entries/registration is 5:00pm 7th October 2018. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. How to Enter: visit www.abaaustralia.com.au and follow the links enter your purchase details and Beaumont Tiles trade account number for entry or visit the aba Australia Facebook page and follow the links.
8. The winners will be drawn by computer generated random drawing at ARDEX Australia, 7/20 Powers Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147 at 11:00am on the 10th October 2018 from a list of all received registrations. The winners will be notified via phone on the day of the draw and in writing and the name of the winners will be published in The Australian on the 22nd of October 2018.
9. Prize:
– Return economy flight (if available) from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Darwin, Australia between April and May 2019 at a date set by ARDEX Australia Pty Ltd.
– Transfers
– Four (4) nights’ accommodation single room.
– All main meals
– Activities and Tours in the region
10. One (1) prize can be won per region: NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, SA/NT and QLD. With four (4) prizes available in total.
11. Total prize value $2,500AUD.
12. Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Any costs in excess of the value of the Prizes (if applicable), including GST, and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
14. Additional spending money, non-main meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations (if required), transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
15. Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded for winning eligible entrant
16. The winner must be eligible to travel to Darwin in order to take the prize. Winner must travel on the dates specified and flight itinerary will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Promoter takes no responsibility for the winner failing to take any part of the prize and no compensation will be given. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
19. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
20. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to The Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim the Prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the Promotion, before issuing the Prize. If the documentation required by The Promoter is not received by The Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to The Promoter’s satisfaction, then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
21. The Prize will only be awarded following any winner validation & verification that the Promoter requires at its sole discretion.
22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant ‘opts in’, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
23. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
