Win 100 Jars of Spice

The promoter is Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants, 12 Duke Street, 3076, Abbotsford.
The promotion runs from 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) Wednesday 4 November – 11.59pm Sunday 6 December (AEDT). Entry is free and open to Australian residents only over 18 years. Winner will be announced Wednesday 9 December.
Conditions of entry:
Entrants must be a member of the Gewürzhaus Spice Club to enter the competition.
No employee of Gewürzhaus Herb and Spice Merchants is eligible to be a winner.
By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
The Prize:
One winner will receive:
100 jars of Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants product. This includes all spices, herbs, salts, teas, and sugars.
The winner can select the product.
The winner may select no more than two jars of the same product.
The winner will be invited to the Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants Carlton store (Lygon Street) to meet with one of the Gewürzhaus Co-Founders to select the jars at a mutually agreeable time for 30 minutes.
If the winner cannot attend, a video call can be arranged. The winner may choose to opt out of the consultation and the jars will be preselected on the winner’s behalf.
The prize does not include travel costs to attend the store.
The prize does not include any of our homewares/merchandise range.
Prize Awarding:
There will be 1 winner. The winner will be selected at random by a Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants employee on Tuesday 8 December and published on the Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants Instagram and Facebook page. Winners will also be contacted via email. It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your contact details change.
Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants redeem the right to change the prize if any or all of the prize is unavailable. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash or credit.
Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners must respond to the promoter’s notification message and provide prize delivery details in order to claim their prize. Winners must respond within five days. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited by the winner and will be awarded to another winner, by Gewürzhaus conducting a redraw.
If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize/s to the prize winner/s of the Competition, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same or similar conditions or select another winner.
Exclusion of liability:
To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether director consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize.
Privacy:
The Promoter will treat personal information with the strictest of confidence and will only disclose personal information for the handling of the Competition, and delivering prizes or where disclosure is requires by law or in accordance with any consent provided.
