2. As part of this Campaign, participants (“you”) are invited to submit responses on the https://circles.life/au/ dataforadecade page on what they would do if you had Data For A Decade. Circles.Life will be giving away a plan with 100GB/month and Unlimited Standard National Calls and Messages for 10 years to 10 winners (“Winners”). Submissions may be made between the period beginning at 00:00:01, 6 April 2020 and 23:59:59 on 30 April 2020 (“Campaign Period”). Winners will be chosen based on the funniest submissions as determined by Circles.Life and their appointed judges. Winners will be announced on 15 May 2020.
3. Winners will receive a plan with 100GB/month and Unlimited Standard National Calls and Messages for up to 10 years. Subject to Clause 5, Circles.Life may at its sole reasonable discretion at any time migrate the Winner to an equivalent plan as determined solely by Circles.Life and/or award a similar or equivalent bill waiver. Winners who are not existing customers of Circles.Life as of the date of the announcement of winners are required to enter a unique promotional code sent to them by Circles.Life during signup for the relevant data and bill waiver to be applied automatically to their Circles.Life account. The unique promotional code may only be redeemed by the assigned winner and only once per account. 4. This Campaign and its prizes are open to both customers and non-customers of Circles.Life. This Campaign offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional codes from Circles.Life or any partners.
5. Winners agree to bear the costs of any fees and charges for calls, data or services not included in a Circles.Life Plan including, without limitation, calls to premium numbers, international calls, excess data usage, Data Boosts and Add-Ons and international roaming costs. Please refer to our Standard Pricing Table (Consumer) for applicable fees and our Standard Form of Agreement on how charges will be billed (both available at https://circles.life/au/legal).
6. Bill waivers and data are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Winners may terminate their Circles.Life mobile subscription at any time in accordance with the termination rights in the Standard Form of Agreement. If such subscription is terminated, any unused bill waivers will be lost.
8. By participating in this Campaign and submitting your response, you agree to allow Circles.Life to use the information you submitted for this campaign in any marketing campaigns, whether in relation to the Campaign or for future campaigns.
9. This Campaign is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Circles.Life’s Standard Form of Agreement and the Fair Use Policy, available at https://circles. life/au/legal. Refer to the Critical Information Summary available and the General Terms/Standard Form of Agreement available at https:// circles.life/au/legal for more information about the Plan. 10. Circles.Life reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter the Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time without giving any prior notice to you.
11. Circles.Life’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
12. Circles.Life reserves the sole and absolute right not to perform its obligations under this Campaign Offer and/or discontinue the Winner’s Plan in the event the Winner is found have breached any clauses of this Terms & Conditions.
