1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms andConditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms andConditions.2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Outlets (asdefined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse,child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or 1st cousin.4. Promotion commences on 18/09/2019 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT on 15/10/2019(“Promotional Period”).5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, spend $40 ormore on any Jack Daniel’s product/s in a single transaction at a Participating Outlet(“Qualifying Transaction”). At the time of making their Qualifying Transaction,individuals will be handed an entry flyer by a staff member which contains a uniquecode (“Unique Code”), while stocks last. In the event an entry flyer containing aUnique Code is not automatically handed to them, it is the individual’s responsibilityto request one.6. A participating outlet is any Bottlemart or Sip N Save outlet nationally that displaysadvertising material for this promotion (each a “Participating Outlet”). There will be649 Participating Outlets in total for this promotion.7. To enter, individuals must then complete the following steps during the PromotionalPeriod:• Visit www.bottlemart.com.au/jack-daniels-speaker (for Qualifying Transactionsmade at Bottlemart) OR www.sipnsave.com.au/jack-daniels-speaker (forQualifying Transaction made at Sip N Save);• Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;• Input the requested details into the online entry form (including their full name,date of birth, address, email address, telephone number and the UniqueCode); and then• submit the fully completed online entry form.8. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and Unique Code(s) for allentries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the required proof of purchase for allentries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result ininvalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, and that a QualifyingPurchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries andentrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves theright, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason 2to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entryprocess or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated tojeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may beaccepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of itsrights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legalrights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender arereserved.10. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permittedper Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent in excess of $40 on JackDaniel’s product/s in that transaction); (b) only one (1) Unique Code is permitted perentry; (c) the same Unique Code cannot be used more than once; (d) unrecognisedUnique Codes will be deemed invalid; (e) each entry must be submitted separatelyand in accordance with entry requirements; and (f) a maximum of two (2) entries perperson per day is permitted. Only one (1) prize is permitted to be claimed per person(excluding residents of SA).11. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, inits sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.13. The draw will take place at The Consortium Clemenger, 1 Basalt Road, PemulwuyNSW 2145 on 22/10/2019 at 4:00PM AEDT, in the presence of an independentscrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them inorder in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified inwriting within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be publishedonline at www.bottlemart.com.au/jack-daniels-speaker andwww.sipnsave.com.au/jack-daniels-speaker from 25/10/2019.14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
