This document contains the terms and conditions of the Raiders Giveaway competition being conducted by Constitution Place Pty Limited as trustee for the Constitution Place Unit Trust and its related entities. The competition will run from 12:00 am AET on Friday 17 March 2023 to 12:00 am AET on Friday 24 March 2023. The prize is 10 general admission tickets to the Canberra Raiders vs Penrith Panthers game at GIO Stadium at 6:00 pm (AET), plus a $200 Such & Such Voucher to enjoy drinks and nibbles before the game, with a total value of $700. Only residents of Australia over 18 years of age who are not employees of the Promoter or Supplier and other associated agencies, firms, or companies are eligible to enter. To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form during the competition period. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 2 May 2022, and will be notified by telephone, email, and may be published on the Promoter's website and social media platforms. The Promoter may use the information collected for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, disqualify entrants, modify or cancel the competition, and offer a substitute prize of comparable value. The Promoter and Supplier exclude all liability for any personal injury or loss or damage arising out of technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorised access, or late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected entries.
