Win 12 sessions of HYPOXI worth $2390 - To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) Visit the website www.facebook.com/ModelCo OR www.facebook.com/HypoxiAustralia ; and (b) complete a promotion entry form under the Smart Body, Smart Beauty Competition application tab (the ‘Entry Form’) (providing all details required, including their full name, phone number and email). Eligible Entrants must click that they agree to the official terms of the competition by checking the box that appears on the Entry Form; (c) answer the question Why Hypoxi and ModelCo will make your summer the best summer ever; AND (d) Each entry must be submitted by 19:00pm on 30 September 2012 (an Eligible Entry).
