What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize is unclaimed within 14 days or a winner is ineligible, the prize is forfeited. A redraw will occur at 10:00 AM AEDT on Friday, 4 December 2026, using reserve entries. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within two business days and has 14 days to claim.
