Who is eligible to enter the 2GB Nine News Watch, Listen and Win competition?

Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over can enter, except directors, employees, and family members of the Promoter, Promotion Sponsor, Prize Supplier, and associated companies.

When does the competition close?

The competition closes on 1 December 2023 at 8:59 am AEDT.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter, watch the 6pm 9 News Sydney TV program from 27 to 30 November 2023 for daily codewords. Then, listen to the Radio 2GB Breakfast program the following weekday morning between 5:30 am and 9:00 am AEDT. Call 1 300 722 873 during the radio program and be the nominated caller to state the correct codeword.

What are the prizes for the competition?

The prize is $2,000 cash for each winner. There is one winner per weekday.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool amount is AUD $8,000.

How are winners determined and notified?

Winners are determined by a game of chance. The first caller who correctly states the codeword wins. Winners are notified by phone at the time of the contest and receive email confirmation within 48 hours. The announcement is also made via Radio Broadcast at the contest time.
