The competition is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older. Members of the yourtown Board of Directors, Executive Management, any persons engaged in the draw process, all yourtown Information and Technology staff, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Participants can enter the competition by purchasing tickets from the yourtown website. Each ticket costs $30, and supporters who purchase multiple tickets in the same name are eligible for additional bonuses.
