Terms and conditions
1. This Win 2 free coffees a year Firewater Grille competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Duxton Hotel Perth (Australia) Pty Limited, ABN 71 070 068 745, of 1 St Georges Terrace, Perth 6000 Western Australia.
2. To enter into the competition, entries must like the Firewater Grille and Duxton Hotel Facebook pages, like & share the post and tag 2 or more friends.
3. Entries into this competition start Tuesday 29th October and ends on the 30th of November 2018.
4. Only one (1) winner will be selected.
5. Coffees to be picked up only from the Firewater Grille restaurant.
6. Competition is open only to legal residents of Australia who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Should someone enter more than once, only one of their entries will be considered.
8. The winner will be announced on the 5th of December 2018
9. If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner to claim fulfilment of the Prize by December 10 2018 the prize will be deemed as forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
10. Only valid between Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm. Excludes Western Australia’s Public Holidays and subjected to Firewater Grille’s operating hours.
11. Winner is only allowed a maximum of two (2) free coffees a day.
12. Winner must be present to collect both coffees, no one is to collect on behalf of the winner.
13. The winner to receive a year’s worth of FREE coffee to the total value of $2250. Prize value is based on 2 x tall sized coffee each day for a year ($4.50 x 2 x 250 days).
14. Unclaimed coffee cannot be accumulated and are not transferable for cash or credit.
15. Coffees selections are subjected to the Firewater Grille menu.
16. Duxton Hotel Perth reserves the right to substitute the prize to an equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason.
17. The 2 free coffees are valid until Friday December 6th 2019.
18. Employees of Duxton Hotel Perth and Firewater Grille are not permitted to enter the competition.
19. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not submitted for whatever reason.
20. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. Entrants agree to the use of their name and entry in any publicity material; including online and in print.
23. Duxton Hotel Perth reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Competition as determined by Duxton Hotel Perth, in its sole discretion, and to award the prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
24. Duxton Hotel Perth’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
