Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother,step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences 9am (AEST) Monday 9 November and closes 5pm (AEST) 23 December 2015.
Eligibleentrants must:

b. Comply with the T&C’s and all information entered must be valid, complete and accurate. Any invalid, incomplete orinaccurate entries will be automatically disqualified from the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of employment and residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry processor engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The prize consists of 2 nights in a 4 bedroom Executive Ocean Spa Apartment at Q1 Resort& Spa Surfers Paradise, with French Champagne & chocolates on arrival,free wi-fi and 2 free car spaces.
Total prize value is$1,475.00
Prize is valid for stays to 15 December 2016, is subject to availability. Not valid for travel during high season, Schoolies Festival, GC600 or School holidays. Minimum nights stays may apply, and additional nights will be at an additional charge. Voucher must be presented on arrival. Voucher is not redeemable for cash. Any booking extras require payment as per standard booking policy. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48hours of arrival or no-show results in loss of voucher. Date amendments subject to availability. Please note that check in time is from 2:00pm and check outtime is at 10:00am.
The draw will take place at 5.30pm (AEST) 23 December,2015 and the first eligible winner will be announced via Facebook at 5.00pm(AEST) on 24 December 2015.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically register or enter is prohibited and will render all entries invalid.
Any additional expenses incurred are at the winners cost such as extra nights, travel insurance, travel costs.
