This promotion is open to all people in Australia who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions. Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions. This promotion runs from the 1st of March 2017 until 9am on the 31st of March 2017. Winner will be drawn at 9am on Friday the 31st of March. One entry per person. Prize is valid for 1 year from the draw date, subject to availability, low season only. The competition is open to anyone who is able to be in Noosa to claim the prize during the redemption period outlined above. All entries and attendees must be over 18 years of age. An entry to this competition will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. The draw result is final and no discussion will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email and phoned within 7 days of the prize draw. The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash or gift cards. Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times. Rickys & Seahaven Noosa reserves the right to change details of the prize at any time. Rickys & Seahaven Noosa may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw at its absolute discretion.
