Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Independent Brands Australia, (ABN: 52 097 248 621) of 4 Newington Road, Silverwater, NSW 2128.
Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years. However, employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, Prodrive Racing (Australia), and their associated agencies including owners of a Bottle-O store, staff or their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
The competition commences on Monday 1st June 2015 at 09:01 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 12th July 2015 at 23:59 (AEST).
The competition will be advertised across social and digital mediums for The Bottle-O, The Bottle-O Racing, Prodrive Racing (Australia), V8 Supercars, Speedcaf� and at selected V8 Supercar events.
There are two ways to win the competition:
Major Prize Draw: To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, log onto the Bottle-O Big V8 quiz promotion website (www.thebottleobigv8quiz.com.au), follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including, but not limited to, their full name, address, phone number and email address) and answer all 3 questions correctly to go in the draw to win a Major Prize. Before answering all 3 questions correctly you will be asked to select (from the prizes available) up to 3 major prize(s) you would like to win.
Minor Prize Draw: all entrants will be given the option to share the competition either on their Facebook page or by emailing a friend. By doing this, you will be entered into the Mystery Prize draw where you can instantly win a minor prize.
This is a game of chance. For the Major Prize draws, all valid entries that have correctly answered 3 questions will be entered into a draw to win the prizes they have selected to win. The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the draw period. The prize draws will take place at Independent Brands Australia, (ABN: 52 097 248 621) of 4 Newington Road, Silverwater, NSW 2128 as detailed in clause 11.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Entries must be received by the draw period as detailed in clause 11. The time of entry will in each case be the time online entry is received by the Bottle-O Big quiz database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
