Article 1: Sponsor
Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Airbus’ iflyA380.com contest begins at 10:00 AM (Paris time) on June, the 15th 2017 and ends at 23:59 (Paris time) on July, the 17th 2017. The contest is sponsored by Airbus S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”) 1 rond-point Maurice Bellonte, 31707 Blagnac Cedex France who is solely responsible for all aspects of this contest.
Article 2: Eligibility and entry restrictions
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to people who have reach the age of majority in their given country at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”). Employees of Airbus, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and its participating Travel Agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of their residence) and individuals living in the households of the above, whether related or not, are not eligible.
Article 3: How to enter
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. To enter Airbus’ iflyA380.com contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) sponsored by Airbus S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”), players can either connect directly to the game site via the URL: contest.iflyA380.com or visit http://www.iflyA380.com (“Website”), follow the contest link and click on the banner and/or pop up to answer the following question:

Complete all required fields FULL NAME (First, Last), VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE on the official entry form. Participant must correctly answer to the question during the duration of the contest on the iflyA380.com website. The participant must confirm that they have read the iflyA380.com contest terms and conditions, confirm if he or she would like to receive marketing e-mails (optional), validate to participate. Contest begins at 10:00 AM (Paris time) on June, the 15th 2017 and ends at 23:59 (Paris time) on July, the 17th 2017.
A personalized link will be sent to the participant, who can multiply his or her chances of winning by up to 10 X by sharing the link however he or she chooses (social media outlets, text messages, emails, blogs, etc.). Whenever somebody clicks on the link and participates in the game, the sharing participant will receive another chance to win, up to 10 chances.
For instance:
3 participants using the shared link = 3 extra chances to win
10 participants using the shared link = 10 extra chances to win
20 participants using the shared link = only 10 extra chances to win
By sharing on Social Media (Facebook and Twitter), the participant will have one more entry in the draw, the act of sharing on both social media platform will only provide one more entry.
Entries limited to one (1) entry per participant during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same e-mail address. Any attempt by a participant to acquire more than the stated number of entries by using numerous email addresses, registrations, identities, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or enter the contest is prohibited, and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. Valid entries must contain all information requested. The contest winner will be selected from online entries only. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with the Official Rules, including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the participant.
Article 4: Prize
The prize available is:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) round-trip tickets with one of the 13 A380 operators (Air France, Asiana Airlines, British Airways, China Southern Airlines, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways International in any aircraft operated by one of the operators for a total amount up to 5.000 euros tax incl. In case the flight chosen by the winner amounts to less than 5.000 euros tax incl., the winner will not be able to claim the difference between the price of the chosen flight and the total amount of 5.000 euros tax incl. There is no cash alternative available. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be resold.
All taxes and fuel surcharges of the tickets plus travel to the selected departure airport are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Article 5: Prize drawing and winner selection
There will be one (1) grand prize winner. He or she will be selected through a random drawing of approved participants (see Article three ”how to enter”) conducted by a certified bailiff. The drawing will be held during the week following the end of the contest. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor is final on all matters relating to this contest. Once notified by e-mail, the winner must reply within a week of the notification (deadline will be announced at the time of winner announcement) or the prize will be forfeited. In the case that the prize would be forfeited, one more drawing will be held and a new winner will be selected.
Article 6: No purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter the iflyA380.com contest. Expenses of a telephone call (connection Internet to the site except for ADSL or permanent connections not being the object of invoicing of communications) used to take part in the sweepstakes will be refunded, upon written request (refund of the stamp used for regular surface mail via a simple letter of less than 20 g) addressed to the Sponsor. The refunded amount will be calculated on the basis of contractual estimation of the connection time necessary of 1 minute to take part in the game, including all taxes.
The participant will have to provide, in his or her application for repayment, a telephone bill justifying the internet connection.
Article 7: Administrative Bailiff
The contest rules as well as the selection of the winner via a random draw will be conducted by www.reglement.net, � la SCP Bornecque Winandy - Bru Nifosi, huissiers de justice associ�s, 15, Passage du Marquis de la Londe- 78000 – Versailles. The contest rules will be available during the time of the contest on the following websites: contest.iflyA380.com .
The contest rules are available free of charge upon written request to the Sponsor
The regular surface mail postal stamps used on a simple letter of less than 20 g to request a copy of the contest rules will be refunded upon request.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules as long as it respects the stated conditions and that it is announced on the Sponsor’s internet site. These modifications will be handled by www.reglement.net, � la SCP Bornecque Winandy - Bru Nifosi, huissiers de justice associ�s, 15, Passage du Marquis de la Londe- 78000 – Versailles, who is responsible of the contest rules before and during its publication.
The rules will be valid as soon as they are announced online on the website. By participating, participants agree to accept the modifications as soon as they are released and valid. Any participant who refuses any eventual modifications will have to give up his or her participation in the said contest.
Article 8: General Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify, in whole or in part, the contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Program. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If the chosen A380 airline needs to change the aircraft type the day of the scheduled flight for the Winner, neither the Sponsor nor the airline will be responsible to refund, transfer or schedule another flight. The Contest may be suspended or cancelled if an event of Force Majeure as defined under French law and case law occurs.
All travel must be completed around by July, the 17th, 2018. Travel is subject to seat availability, travel restrictions and blackout dates. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable. If the winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified.
Article 9: Personal data

In such context and according to Airbus Group Personal Data Protection Policy (CDS-118) Airbus take all appropriate safeguards which are compliant with the European Personal Data Protection Regulation which guarantee an adequate level of protection to supervise international Data transfers by means of Binding Corporate Rules (BCR), validated by national Data Protection Authorities of European Union, as well as by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by European Commission.
This information is intended to be used by the Sponsor, and could be transmitted to technical staff and to any person responsible for the distribution of the prize
If the participant consents by ticking the box to receive marketing e-mails when entering in the contest the Sponsor and any related companies that use the Airbus brand may contact the participant from time to time concerning news, offers, products and services they might be interested in by e-mail. In order to carry out direct marketing, the participants personal information (First and last name, e-mail address, and country of residence) will be collected from and disclosed to others that provide the Sponsor with specialized data matching, trending or analytical services, as well as general marketing services. The Sponsor may also use online targeted marketing, data and audience matching and market segmentation to improve advertising relevance.
Participants can ask to be deleted from the Sponsor’s files. Participants who ask to be deleted from the files before the end of the contest will be considered as forfeiting their participation.
Participants have also the right to access, correct and update their personal data, to the processing of their personal data.
Participants can also object, free of charge, to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes.

Article 10: Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective A380 operators, customers, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (“Releasees”) exclude liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Contest or receipt or misuse of any prize.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the contest, the announcement of the prize, the processing of entries or in any contest -related materials; or for transactions that are lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due mail and for errors in the processing system for entries that are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other errors; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunctions or errors, or processes for any transactions thereon. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest, the administrative bailiff and judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the contest, or to terminate the contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible non-suspect entries. As a condition of entering the contest, participant agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim indirect damages; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees.
This game can be shared on online social networking services Facebook and Twitter Inc. All participants must adhere to its terms of use. Participants acknowledge having been informed of the general terms of use as well as the privacy policies of Facebook and Twitter Inc, which can be accessed directly on the Facebook and Twitter Inc websites. Facebook is headquartered at: 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304. Twitter Inc. is headquartered at: 1355 Market Street, Suite 900 San Francisco, CA 94103. The organizer is not liable for the contents and use of Facebook and Twitter Inc. In addition, participants release Facebook and Twitter Inc from any liability linked to the organization of this game. They state that they are aware that Facebook and Twitter Inc. do not manage or sponsor this game. To that end, a written release form may be requested from participants at any time during the game. Personal data collected during the game are sent to the organizer.
Article 11: Litigations
These rules are subject to French law. To be taken into account, the possible disputes relating to the contest must be formulated via a written request to the Sponsor and at the latest within ninety (90) days after the deadline of participation in the contest as indicated in the present contest rules.
Article 12: Publicity
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, country of residence and photograph/likeness for advertising and promotional purposes related to this contest. For a period of two years for countries where the contest is made available, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner must consent to such in writing. The potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, each of which, if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner ( In order to respect privacy laws and the winner’s image, Airbus shall seek the winner’s express consent before publishing any information or photograph.).
Article 14: Winner Announcement
The winner will be contacted by the XPRIME GROUPE communications agency based in Toulouse, France via email. Upon e-mail confirmation by the grand prize winner and after communication of his/her residential address, the agency will coordinate with the winner and handle the booking of the tickets.
