To enter the draw to win two (2) tickets to see Taylor Swift in concert, simply follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook and tell us in 25 words or less why you want to see Taylor Swift in concert.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia, except employees of MicDrop.
The competition starts 11.59pm AEST on 2nd of October 2018 and closes at 11.59am AEST on 23rd of October 2018.
The prize winner will be drawn by MicDrop at 6.00pm AEST on 24th of October 2018.
The prize winner will be notified by email on 25th of October 2018 or as soon as reasonably practical thereafter.
MicDrop reserves the right to feature the name of the prize winner publicly.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
The prize will be for to the Melbourne (26th of October) Etihad Stadium concert at 7:00pm. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or able to be redeemed for cash.
The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The prize consists of two (2) Taylor Swift concert tickets worth $210 each. The total prize pool for this competition is valued at $420.
The prize must be claimed on or before Friday 26th of October 2018.
MicDrop reserves the right to add the name and email address of each entrant to its customer database for marketing and communications purposes. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive further communications from MicDrop. Customers can elect to discontinue communication from MicDrop at any time.
Entries are deemed to have been received by MicDrop when received by MicDrop’s software system, not when submitted by the entrant’s computer.
All entrants must provide a valid name and email address to MicDrop.
MicDrop is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete or otherwise corrupted entries, nor is it responsible for any failure to receive entries due to transmission error or technical failure of any kind. Any such entry will immediately be deemed disqualified by MicDrop.
If a prize winner cannot be located or has not responded to MicDrop’s correspondence within a reasonable time, MicDrop may in its absolute discretion cancel the prize and reissue said prize to another eligible entrant. In this event, no compensation will be given by MicDrop.
MicDrop will not replace the prize if it is lost, stolen or if they cannot be properly identified because of damage.
Prize winner may be requested to provide proof that they are the authorised account holder of the email address supplied at the time of entering the competition.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, MicDrop will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:
theft or fraud;
the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control of MicDrop;
any third party interference;
any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software and;
participation in this competition generally.
If MicDrop deems that this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of MicDrop, MicDrop may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the MicDrop website (www.MicDrop.com).
MicDrop reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legitimate operation of this competition.
