Conduct of Prize Draw The winner of the promotion will be determined if either of the below occurs (either “Winner/s"): • in the event a single Eligible Entrant answers the Entry Question correctly, they will be entitled to the Prize and deemed the Winner; however • in the event more than one Eligible Entrant answers the Entry Question correctly, then a random prize draw will be conducted of all those respective Eligible Entrants (“Prize Draw”) to determine the Winner. • In the event the Promoter conducts a Prize Draw, the Promoter may also draw reserve winner/s (“Reserve Winner/s”). Prize • Each Winner will win a Prize as set out below. • The value of the total prize pool is/is estimated to be $700 Prize Description Value (per prize) Conditions • 2 x Super Fan tickets to Australia vs Japan on 24th March 2022 • 2 x tickets to the Portraits in Football Exhibition at the Jamberoo School of Arts on 25th March 2022 • 2 x tickets to the Football Writers’ Festival at Jamberoo on 26th and 27th March 2022 • 2 nights’ accommodation in twin room at Jamberoo Pub $700 • Travel to and from Australia vs Japan match not included • Travel to and from Football Writer’s Festival in Jamberoo not included • Each Winner is responsible for all associated costs with the Prize, including where applicable, travel, accommodation and any other ancillary costs. • The Prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable nor redeemable for cash (including any unused portion). • Both the winner and their guest(s) (where applicable) must be over the age of 18. • Prize values are GST inclusive, are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail values as provided by the supplier (or an appropriate estimate of such value) and are correct at time of printing. • If any part of the prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that part of the prize for something similar in value subject to regulatory approval. Notification of prize winners • At or about the applicable time specified in ‘Key Dates’ below, the Winner/s and (if applicable) Reserve Winner/swill be notified as required via the email address and/or phone number provided by them. • The details of the Winner/s and/or Reserve Winner/s may be published on https://www.theroar.com.au/2022/02/25/win-the-football-trip-of-a-lifetime-including-tickets-to-the-socceroos-vs-japan/ Unclaimed prizes or ineligible Winners • In the event that for any reason whatsoever a Winner does not accept a Prize (including if the Promoter is not able to successfully get in contact with the Winner) by the applicable time specified in ‘Key Dates’ below or if the Winner is determined to not be an Eligible Participant or to not be entitled to the prize pursuant to these Promotional Terms and Conditions, then the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and the first selected Reserve Winner will be chosen . If any Reserve Winner also forfeits the Prize, the Prize will be allocated to subsequent Reserve Winners in the order that the Reserve Winners were drawn. In the event that for any reason whatsoever there are no more Reserve Winner and the last Reserve Winner does not accept the Prize (including if the Promoter is not able to successfully get in contact with them) by the applicable time specified in ‘Key Dates’ below or if the Reserve Winner is determined to not be an Eligible Participant or to not be entitled to the prize pursuant to these Promotional Terms and Conditions, and there are no further Reserve Winners to be chosen, then the Prize will be forfeited by the Reserve Winner and no replacement prizes will be awarded.
