What is the competition about?

The competition is giving the entrants a chance to win an Afterpay Australia Fashion Week gift pack sponsored by St. Agni and IMBIBE. The gift pack consists of 2x runway tickets to attend the St. Agni show at AAFW 2023, 2x wardrobes by St. Agni, and three months worth of IMBIBE product for two people, valued at AU$1,000.

Who can enter the competition?

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, be residents of Australia at the time of claiming the prize, and not be a director, officer, management, employee and other staff (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees and other staff) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition.

When can the entrants enter the competition?

Entries must be provided by 11.59pm AEST on Friday, 05 May 2023, to qualify for the prize.

How can the entrants enter the competition?

All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Entries must be received as set out in the schedule, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or incorrect entries.

What is the prize and what is the total worth of the prize?

The prize consists of 2x runway tickets to attend the St. Agni show on Monday, 15 May 2023; travel to and from Carriageworks, Sydney, is not included; wardrobe supplied by St. Agni (St. Agni will email winner with instructions once selected); and 3 months (three) worth of IMBIBE product for two people, valued at AU$1,000 (product pre-selected by IMBIBE). The total worth of the prize is AU$1,000.

When will the winner be notified?

One winner will be notified via supplied contact details by Wednesday, 10 May 2023.

What happens if the prize is not claimed?

Prizes must be claimed by 10 May 2023 or could be subject to forfeit. If any prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to make further judgments as to the winners on the Unclaimed Prize Date as necessary to distribute the prize/s, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. If no Unclaimed Prize Draw Date is specified, any unclaimed prize/s will be distributed at the Promoters discretion.

What are the general rules of the competition?

The competition is based on chance, and skill plays no part in the selection of the winner. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The Promoter may disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these terms, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
