If you think you have a strong App idea that demonstrates it can be used for “social benefit” and wish to participate in this promotion you must be: a. a resident of Australia b. 18 years of age or older c. able to travel and attend the Samsung Developer Conference 2015 to be held in November, 2015 (TBC) in San Francisco, USA d. an individual applicant (not a business), (each an "Applicant") e. an individual who has an App idea that is not currently in development, who guarantees that the initial scoping and build of the App has not commenced and confirms that no funds, private or otherwise, have been put towards the development of the idea. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Applicants will be required to complete the Competition application form found at tenplay.com.au/samsung for each of their App ideas. Applicants will also be required to respond to questions, including but not limited to, the following: a. Provide a brief description of your App idea. b. What stage is your App idea at? c. What category does your App idea fall into e.g. Technology, Food, etc d. How does your App idea provide a “social benefit” 7. To make a valid application, Applicants must agree: a.
