TERMS & CONDITIONS
? The promotor is Stegbar Pty Limited ABN 52 007 090 820, of Level 3, 78 Waterloo Rd,
Macquarie Park, NSW, a subsidiary of JELD-WEN Australia Pty Limited.
? Information/Instructions on how to enter this promotion forms part of these conditions. Entry
into this promotion will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance by you of these terms
and conditions governing this promotion. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any
other offer.
? This promotion commences on the 5th of September 2018 at 9am (AEST) and concludes on the
16th of November 2018 at 5pm (AEST) (Promotion Period).
PRIZE
? There is one major prize awarded from all entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
? The major prize is valued at AU$20,000.00 and is to be taken as Alumiere Window or Door
products, the value of this prize will include installation and delivery.
? The major prize is a selection of Alumiere Windows and Doors from Stegbar, full details of this
range of windows and doors is available at: www.stegbar.com.au/Alumiere
? The Promotor will liaise with the winner to organise exactly what Stegbar Alumiere products
the winner wishes to receive, subject to availability, and will organise the supply and
installation of that product, within the allocated major prize value.
? The winner has the following options for Alumiere windows and doors, within the standard
product offering available to Alumiere as of 1 August 2018:
o Window or door type
o Colour
o Glazing type
o Hardware
? The Alumiere products selected by the winner can only be used at the winner’s residential
property, in Australia.
? Product/installation can be used in a new home construction or part of a renovation.
? The entire AU$20,000 prize is to be used in the one address and cannot be used over multiple
addresses.
? In the event that the winner’s chosen material (including delivery and installation) is valued at
less than AU$20,000, the remainder of the prize value will be forfeited by the winner and will
not be awarded as cash or substituted with any other Stegbar product. If the winner wishes to
choose material in excess of the major prize value (inclusive of delivery and installation), they
can do so, however, the winner may then be required to pay for any cost over the major prize
value.
? In the event that agreement cannot be reached between The Promotor and the winner (in
relation to the exact material or installation and delivery timelines), despite reasonable
efforts from The Promotor, or if the winner is unable to or refuses to have or accept the
materials, installation and/or delivery at their property for any reason or refuses to agree to
any condition of accepting the prize, The Promotor reserves the right, in its absolute
discretion, to invalidate such a winner and deem the entire prize (i.e. elements outlined
under ‘Prize’ heading) to be forfeited by the winner.
HOW TO ENTER THIS PROMOTION
? This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winner.
? To enter this promotion the eligible participants must go online at www.stegbar.com.au/theblock-gatwick
and:
? Follow the prompts and in 20 words or less, tell Stegbar why you would like Alumiere
windows or doors for your home;
? Input the requested details, including their full name, valid email address, phone
number and post code;
? Agree to the competition terms and conditions;
? Submit the completed entry form.
? A judging panel (comprising of representatives of the Promoter) will individually judge each
valid entry and choose one winner. The judging will be based on, but not limited to, creativity,
originality, thoughtfulness and suitability. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the
promotion will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be
entered into.
? The judging will take place at 4.00pm AEST on Tuesday 20th November 2018 at JELD-WEN
Australia, 17-35 Lee Holm Rd, St Marys NSW. The winner will be notified by email and phone
within five working days of the promotion ending. Multiple entries permitted, subject to each
entry being submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
? The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that
permits the entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries
submitted by that entrant invalid.
? The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received by the Promoter or delays
due to technical disruptions or for any other reason. An entry will only be counted as being
received when it has been received by the Promoter’s software system, not when it was sent
from the entrant.
ELIGIBILITY
? This promotion is only open to Australian residents, who are 18 years or over.
? Promotion not open to employees, contractors or sub-contractors of JELD-WEN Australia or
any of its subsidiary entities.
? Subject to the Eligible Claimant complying with these Terms and Conditions:
? The Product will be delivered to the residential address nominated by the Eligible
Claimant and notified to The Promotor.
? The Promotor will endeavour to supply and install the Product to the Eligible Claimant
prior to 31st of June 2019; and
? Product not installed prior to 31
st June 2019 at no fault by the Promoter will be
forfeited by the Eligible Claimants.
? Incomplete, indecipherable or ineligible claims will be deemed invalid. Eligible Claimants are
responsible for ensuring their correct contact details and residential address details are
provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility should an Eligible Claimant fail to receive their selected Alumiere products
because of a failure to notify the Promoter of correct details or of a change to those details.
? All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and NOT at the
time of transmission by the Entrant.
? The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims or claimants and
to disqualify any claimant who makes a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. The Promoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
? The Alumiere products or any unused portion of the major prize must be taken as stated and
cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted/swapped for other products offered by the
Promoter.
? If any of the prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the
Promoter, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute for an alternative accessory of
similar value, but will not be held liable for any differences.
? The Promoter reserves the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Changes to Terms and Conditions will be available online at

? If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to
disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
? Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its respective
officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion,
including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in the Prizes value to that
stated in these Terms and Conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) use of
the prize
? Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any
consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) or any other legislation
which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. If the CCA or any other
legislation implies a condition, warranty or term into the Terms and Conditions or provides
statutory guarantees in connection with these Terms and Conditions, in respect of goods and
services supplied, the Promoter’s liability for breach of such a condition, warranty, other term
or guarantee is limited (as the Promoter’s sole election) to the extent it is able to do so: (a) in
the case of supply of goods, the Promoter doing any one or more of the following: (i)
replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; (ii) repairing the goods; (iii) paying the
cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and/or (iv) paying the cost of
having the goods repaired; or (b) in the case of supply of services; the Promoter doing either
or both of the following: (i) supply the services again; and/or (ii) paying the cost of having the
services supplied again.
? All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may collect personal
information about you in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose
such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, services
providers, offer suppliers and, as required to Australian regulatory authorities. All claimants
