Who can enter the Retravision ‘24 Days of Christmas’ Promotion?

Open to Australian residents except for directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors of Retravision and their immediate families.

What is the age requirement for entrants?

Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must also consent to these Terms and Conditions.

When does the promotion start and end?

Starts at 12:00am on 01/12/2023 and ends at 12:00pm on 24/12/2023 AWST.

How can one enter the promotion?

- Make a purchase worth $50 or more at any Retravision store or online. - For purchases under $50, individuals can still enter but will receive fewer entries. - Individuals can also enter by opting into the Retravision Marketing Database.

Are multiple entries allowed?

Yes, but limited to one Initial Entry per Eligible Transaction/receipt and one per Eligible Subscription.

What proof is needed for entry?

Entrants must keep their original Retravision purchase receipt for all entries and have proof of access to the email address specified on the entry.

How will winners be determined and notified?

Winners will be drawn daily from 01/12/2023 to 23/12/2023 and notified by phone and email within three business days. There's also a major draw on 24/12/2023.

What are the prizes?

Total prize pool is valued at $61,900 RRP, ranging from TVs, laptops, appliances, and more. The major prize is a $10,000 Retravision Gift Card.

Can prizes be transferred or exchanged for cash?

No, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

What happens if a prize is unclaimed?

If unclaimed by 24/03/2024, a re-draw will occur.

What are the responsibilities of prize winners?

Winners must collect their prize from their local Retravision store at an agreed time and are responsible for all other expenses not covered by the prize. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted if necessary.
