Eligible Entrants Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all Eligible States/Territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.
Method of Entry
To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
locate a QR code featured on promotional material and using their mobile device and a QR Code Reader Application (available to download for free via Apple App Store or Google Play), scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material and continue to the Promotion Website OR visit the Promotion Website and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and complete the entry form including their full name, and email address to receive one (1) entry in the draw; OR
purchase an OMF mattress and then locate a QR code featured on promotional material and using their mobile device and a QR Code Reader Application (available to download for free via Apple App Store or Google Play), scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material and continue to the Promotion Website OR visit the Promotion Website and complete the entry form including full name, email address, location of store purchased from and receipt number to receive five (5) entries in the draw.
For entries in accordance with paragraph b. Eligible Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt or entries may otherwise be declared invalid.
By entering the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant agrees and acknowledges that: (a) they will be added to the OMF Comfy Club email newsletter list. Those not wishing to be automatically added to the Comfy Club email newsletter list should not enter the promotion. The Comfy Club email newsletter can be opted out of at any time by unsubscribing from the email newsletter]; (b) may be contacted by the Promoter to provide comments about the competition; and (c) the Promoter may use such comments for the Promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them.
Verification of Entries and Entrants
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions of Entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Maximum Number of Entries
Limited to one (1) entry submission per Eligible Entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Entrants may only submit one (1) entry form at the Promotion Website during the Promotion Period, and will receive either one (1) or five (5) entries in the draw depending on the Method of Entry used.

Prize The first valid entry drawn in the Prize Draw will win that Eligible Entrant ("Participant") the opportunity to play a contingency game ("the Game") for the chance to win $250,000, as described in "Prize Mechanics" below.

Prize Mechanics
The Game will take place at the OMF Prospect store, Homemaker Centre Prospect, Shop 1, 19 Stoddart Road, Prospect NSW 2148 on 16 March 2019 at 11.00am AEDST. In order to participate in the Game, if the drawn Participant resides outside of NSW he/she will receive one (1) return economy airfare from his/her nearest capital city in Australia to Sydney, NSW and one (1) night accommodation in Sydney valued at up to $2,500 depending on point of departure. If the drawn Participant resides within NSW, the Participant will be responsible for transport to and from the Game. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature (including but not limited to in-room charges) and all other ancillary costs are not included. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on his/her behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. If the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant's behalf.
There will be one hundred (100) numbered mattresses on display at the start of the Game. One (1) mattress will contain an envelope with a promotional message representing $250,000. The other ninety nine (99) mattresses will each contain an envelope with a promotional message representing $2,500. The Participant/proxy/representative "Attendee") must choose only one (1) mattress without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other mattresses on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects the mattress containing the envelope with the promotional message representing $250,000 then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $250,000. If the Attendee selects a mattress containing an envelope with a promotional message representing $2,500, then the $250,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $2,500.
The drawn Participant's odds of winning the $250,000 prize, are 1 in 100. The odds of being drawn as a Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn Participant winning the $250,000 prize, and will depend upon the number of entries received.
Unclaimed Prize Draw A draw for the Prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 28 May 2019 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. For clarity, any prize awarded in the unclaimed prize draw will be the same prize that was awarded as a result of the Game and was, for any reason unclaimed.
Notification of Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Winner of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be notified via email no later than 30 May 2019.

Terms & Conditions of entry
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry ("Terms of Entry"). The Terms of Entry must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms of Entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of Entry. 2. Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of Entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, including TPAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. 4. The Prize/s are specified in the Details of Prizes section of the Schedule. 5. The total prize pool is specified in the Total Prize Value section of the Schedule. 6. Any prize is valued in Australian dollars unless expressly stated to the contrary. 7. Any cash prize will be distributed as a cheque made out to the Prize winner, or via EFT if so requested by the Prize winner. 8. Eligible Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the Prize. Eligible Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the Promotion. 9. The Eligible Entrants must follow the Method of Entry during the Promotion Period to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an Eligible Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid. 10. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. 11. Entrants may submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries as outlined in the Schedule (if applicable). 12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into. 13. The prize will be awarded to the valid Eligible Entrant drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize Draw details. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. 14. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary. 15. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Prize Draw Winners and Notification of Unclaimed Prize Draw Winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or two business days thereafter. The notification will include details about how the prize can be claimed. 16. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact Prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an Eligible Entrant's contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to Promoter. 17. The winners name and state/territory of residence will be published in accordance with the Public Announcement of Winners section of the Schedule (if applicable). 18. If the prize has not been claimed by the Unclaimed Prize Draw time and date and subject to any written directions from a State lottery agency, the Promoter may conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw section of the Schedule (if applicable). In the event the Unclaimed Prize Draw takes place, the Promoter will attempt to contact the winner(s) of the Unclaimed Prize Draw in accordance with the Notification of Unclaimed Prize Draw section of the Schedule, and if applicable, the name and State/Territory of residency of any winner(s) of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be published in accordance with the section of the Schedule entitled Public Announcement of Winner from Unclaimed Prize Draw. 19. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees ("Warranties") regarding the Promotion and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Promotion. The conduct of the Promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and the Promoter makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions. By entering the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including the officers, employees and agents of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands the Eligible Entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable. 20. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and Eligible Entrants and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is misleading or not in accordance with these Terms of Entry or who manipulates or tampers with the entry process. In the event that a winner breaches these Terms of Entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 21. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 22. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability (or that of a third party involved with the Promotion) to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms of Entry, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter's obligations in respect of the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of the event and, in addition, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to approval of the relevant authorities. 23. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 24. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes, including to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter including third parties may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the private information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at omf.net.au. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia. 25. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy statement which adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. 26. The Promotion and these Terms of Entry will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.
