Entrants Entry is open to all Australian residents except employees of Bondi Beauty and Benefit Cosmetics. Time Frame Competition starts 24th December 2017 and submissions close 3rd February 2017. Winners will be drawn 2 weeks after the giveaway closes and notified forthwith by email. Winners Three finalists will be selected. They will then be notified via email and a panel will select the final winner. Out of the three finalists, the panel will decide on one winner.
