- Complete and submit the online entry form with personal details (first name, last name, and email address) and upload the Photo as a JPG file (max. 16 MB).

What are the prizes?

- Major Prize: The winner can choose between $25,000 deposited into their Australian nominated bank account or a trip to Hamilton Island for four people with selected Queensland Maroons players and representatives.
- Minor Prize 1: 2 adult tickets to the State of Origin 2024 Game 3 at Suncorp Stadium.
