Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Sponsor and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 10/06/2015 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 23/06/2015 (“Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period will be divided into fourteen (14) daily entry periods (each an “Entry Period”), with entries into each Entry Period opening and closing each day based on NSW local time. There will be a different fitness challenge set by the Promoter for each Entry Period (each a “Challenge”), which will be published on www.yahoo7.com.au/fitbit (“Website”) at the start of the Promotional Period.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, a particular Entry Period, individuals must complete the following steps:
a) View the Challenge: view the Challenge set for that Entry Period on the Website;
b) Complete the Challenge: take an original and creative photograph (“Photo”) that demonstrates them performing the Challenge set for that Entry Period prior to the entries close date for that Entry Period; and then
c) Submit an Entry: submit the Photo during the Entry Period for the relevant Challenge, via one of the following methods:
i. Website Entry: visit the Website and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, a valid email address, telephone number, and postal address), upload the Photo, agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant tick box and submit the full completed entry form; OR
ii. Instagram Entry: upload the Photo to their public Instagram account including the hashtag “#GetFitWithFitbit” in the caption field. The hashtag “#GetFitWithFitbit” must be included in the caption for the entry to be valid. The profile of the Instagram account used to enter must be set on public and contain sufficient personally identifiable information to adequately identify the entrant.
Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Photo and any other content submitted in their entry does not infringe the rights of any third party. All content must comply with and is subject to the provisions contained in clause 21.
For the sake of clarity, individuals can perform a Challenge at any point prior to the entries close time for the Entry Period corresponding to that Challenge (during the Promotional Period), however, the Photo must be submitted during the Entry Period corresponding to that Challenge.
