Win 2x Half Day Surf Lessons in Byron Bay - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - Conditions of Entry 1.Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. 2.Entry is to anyone aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("eligible entrants"). 3.Employees of Travel Freedom, Mojo Surf and their related body corporates, suppliers, agencies, licensees and their immediate families are not permitted entry. Duration of Promotion 4.The competition commences on 0600 Friday 29 of January 2016 and will continue until 2300 AEST on Thursday 11 of February 2016 before being drawn on Friday the 12 of February. How to Enter 5. Eligible entrants can enter the promotion by telling us why they want to learn to surf in Byron Bay in 25 words or less. 6.Entries will be deemed to be accepted if the 25 words or less appears in the entries and at the end of the promotion. Selection of Prize Winner 7.The Promotion is based on skill and the winner will be chosen by Travel Freedom staff. 8.The winner will be announced via Facebook and will be required to email their details to social@peterpans.com. 9.The judges' decision is final. Prize Details 10.The prize consists of 2x half day Mojo Surf surf lessons in Byron Bay 11.The winner must take the prize as offered. Prizes are non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 12. The prize must be redeemed by 30 April 2016. 13.The winner consents to the use of their name and image for marketing purposes.
