Win $3,000 worth of energy for your home! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entry is open to all NSW, QLD, SA, and VIC customers with an active AGL Energy Plan for gas or electricity who are 18 years of age or over. However, the following are not eligible: a. employees and contractors of AGL Energy Limited and their immediate families, Salmat Digital, and their associated agencies and companies. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Competition commences on Monday 11 May 2015 at 00:01 (AEDT) and concludes on Friday 30 October 2015 at 23:59 (AEDT) (the Promotional Period). HOW TO ENTER: AGL residential and Small and Medium Business customers will be entered into the draw if, during the Promotional Period, they agree to receive commercial messages about AGL and AGL’s products and services and: a. update their contact details with a valid email address and verify that email address; and b. update their contact details with a valid mobile phone number. PRIZES: There will be a total of 15 random winning entries into the competition inclusive of Residential and Small Business customers across all states. For residential customers, a maximum of 10 individual prizes will be awarded valued at $3,000.00 (including GST) each and for Small Medium Business customers, a maximum of 5 prizes will be awarded valued at $5,000.00 (including GST) each. A credit will be applied on the winners’ nominated AGL account (or split between their nominated accounts) at the winner’s supply address after the prize draw, subject to the winner remaining eligible for the prize. It is a condition of acceptance of the prize that the winning entrant’s AGL energy account must be current (during the Promotional Period) and the winning entrant must not be in default under their contract. If a winner ceases their contract with AGL Energy or revokes their consent to receive commercial messages, any uncredited element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. Total maximum prize pool value for all states is up to $55,000 (including GST).
