Who can enter the Noosa Bound with Bonza Sweepstakes?
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Tourism Noosa and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
When can you enter the Sweepstakes?
The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2023, at 12:00AM AEST and ends on June 30, 2023, at 11:59PM AEST. Entries submitted outside this Entry Period will not be eligible.
How can you enter the Sweepstakes?
To enter, you must sign up at the provided website (https://gleam.io/2F1Jf/noosa-bound-with-bonza) and complete any verification requirements set by the Sponsor. You need to fulfill all the requirements specified to be eligible. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules are not allowed.
What is the prize and its worth?
The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will receive a 3 Night Getaway In Noosa. The actual or appraised value of the prize may differ at the time of award. The specifics of the prize will be determined solely by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution will be permitted. Any expenses, including taxes, related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
How are the winners selected and notified?
The winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 7 days, or fails to meet the requirements, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Are there any limitations or conditions?
By entering, you agree to comply with the rules and decisions of the Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if necessary. By participating, you release the Sponsor from any liability and agree to resolve disputes individually in a court located in Australia.

To request a copy of the winners list, you can contact the Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks used to share the Sweepstakes.
