Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating IGA, Supa IGA, IGA X-press and Foodland supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 12/01/2015 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 22/02/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $5.00 or more in a single transaction on Eligible Product(s) (defined below) at a participating IGA, Supa IGA, IGA X-press or Foodland supermarket in Australia during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). For the purposes of this promotion, participating IGA, Supa IGA, IGA X-press and Foodland supermarkets will be any IGA, Supa IGA, IGA X-press or Foodland supermarket displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period.
“Eligible Products” are: Vaalia for Kids Yoghurt – Vanilla 140g, Vaalia for Kids Yoghurt – Strawberry 140g, Vaalia for Kids Yoghurt - Banana 140g, Vaalia Kids Lactose Free Pouch – Vanilla 140g, Vaalia My First for Babies and Toddlers - Vanilla & Strawberry 6x90g, Vaalia My First for Babies and Toddlers - Vanilla & Banana 6x90g, Vaalia My First Yoghurt Vanilla 70g, and Vaalia My First Yoghurt Pear 70g.
To enter, individuals must visit www.vaalia.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, a valid email address, the last 4 digits of each Eligible Product barcode number for each Eligible Product contributing to the $5.00 minimum spend, and the full purchase receipt number for the Qualifying Transaction), and submit the fully completed entry form (“Entry Form”) so it is received by 11:59pm AEDST on 22/02/2015. Instant Prize winners will be notified immediately on screen.
Individuals must complete a separate Entry Form for each $5.00 increment spent on Eligible Products in the Qualifying Transaction, subject to the limit of two (2) entries per person per day. For example, individuals that spend $10.00 on Eligible Products must complete two (2) separate Entry Forms in order to receive two (2) entries.
All entries received (from winners and non-winners of an Instant Prize) during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Major Prize Draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Entry Form submission permitted per $5.00 increment spent on Eligible Products in the Qualifying Transaction; (b) each entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements; (c) only one (1) entry permitted per Entry Form submission; and (d) a maximum of two (2) entries/Entry Form submissions per person per day is permitted. For example individuals that spend $15.00 on Eligible Products in a single transaction will be eligible to receive three (3) entries. No more than two (2) Entry Form submissions are permitted per person per day. Therefore, to receive the three (3) entries the individual will need to complete two (2) Entry Form submissions on one (1) day and another Entry Form submission on another day. Alternatively, they may submit one (1) Entry Form on three (3) separate days.

prizes in this promotion (“Instant Prizes”).
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win $30,000, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name (“Major Prize”).
