Eligible entrants Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are not ineligible to
enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants)
Entry Method Entrants must go to https://nine.com.au/theblock and:
a) Follow the prompts to vote for any of the couples and their renovated rooms
from the most recent Room Reveal;
b) Follow the prompts to the promotion entry form, input the requested details
including their full name, suburb and postcode, valid email address and
telephone number;
c) Agree to the Promotion terms and conditions and;
d) Submit the fully completed promotion entry form.

Entrants may enter once per Room Reveal, and twelve (12) times in total during the
Promotional Period.

Determination
Game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winner.
The Winner will be drawn electronically by computerised random draw at
Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, 210 Central Coast Highway NSW 2250 on 17/11/22 at
12pm AEDT. The Winners will be the first thirteen (13) valid entries drawn. The
Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries, and record them in
the order drawn, in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an Entrant drawn is
ineligible.

Winner Notification The Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 2 days of the
draw.

conditions a. As a condition of accessing and subscribing to Disney+, a winner must:
(i) be a new or returning Disney+ subscriber; if the winner is an existing Disney+
subscriber, they must contact customer service to enable access to their prize;
(ii) be aged 18 years or older;
(iii) provide eligible payment details for automatic renewal payments after the initial
subscription period has expired; and
(iv) create a Disney+ account with a valid email address and accept the Disney+
Subscriber Agreement, Privacy Policy and Collection Statement (available at:

b. Subscribers may cancel their Disney+ subscription at any time prior to expiry of
