To enter the promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, visit http://www.
asiaescapeholidays.com.au/Win-A-Stay-Wednesday/ and complete the entry form. Limit of one entry per
person in the draw. Eligible Entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the
Promotion Period.
Entry is free. However, any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of the person
seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
The competition is a game of skill and the winner will be decided by an independant judging panel within the
Asia Escape Holidays office at 353 Cambridge Street, Wembley WA 6014.
The Prize includes a stay at the specified accommodation of the number of nights shown on the competition
form. The Prize is provided at the discretion of the accommodation provider who may specify validity
periods, blackout dates and reserve all rights to apply other restrictions.
No other part of travel is provided other than what is specified on the competition page. The prize does not
include spending money, currency, flights, additional tours or any other element of travel unless excplicityly
specified. The Prize winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Prize winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports with at least
six months validity after the intended return date, vaccinations, travel documentation, (if applicable) and to
check for travel warnings and any perceived hazards with appropriate authorities, including www.dfat.gov.au.
Frequent flyer points will not be earned on any component of the Prize. The Prize is subject to the standard
terms and conditions of each individual prize and the relevant service provider.
Travel insurance is advisable for the Prize winner and their companion to protect against any additional costs
incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances, however, such arrangements are the sole responsibility of
the Prize winner and their companion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay or rescheduling of transport
and any costs incurred as a result. Including, without limitation, any accommodation costs will be the sole
responsibility of the Prize winner.
The Promoter and its associates make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may
exist at the prize destination. The Promoter reserves the right to rejudge in the event of an entrant being
unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming the prize. If the prize remains
unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise.
All entries become the property of The Promoter. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of
their information for the purposes of this competition by the Promoter and the bodies associated with this
competition. Eligible persons agree that by submitting an entry, you agree that the Promoter may use your

entries, claims or correspondence arising from any error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction,
transmission interruption and communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over
communication networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them,
whether due to network traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable
for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. Any costs associated with
accessing the promotion website are the Eligible Entrant?s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet
