Who can enter the ActronAir Watch Frosty at Bathurst Competition 2023?

- Eligibility is open to all residents of Australia. Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter. Employees of ActronAir, their immediate families, registered travel companions, and associated agencies are ineligible.

When does the competition close?

- The competition period commences at 00.01 AEST on September 20, 2023, and ends at 23.59 AEST on September 27, 2023. No late entries will be accepted.

How can one enter the competition?

- To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and postcode on the competition landing page at [https://actronair.com.au/frosty/](https://actronair.com.au/frosty/) during the competition period. Only one entry per person is allowed.

What is the prize, and what is its total worth?

- The prize consists of four (4) General Admission 4 Day tickets to the 2023 Repco Bathurst 1000 event at Mount Panorama, Bathurst NSW 2795, from 07:00 AEST on October 5th to October 8th, 2023. The prize also includes a pit tour valued at $760 including GST. The total prize pool is $760 including GST as of the publishing date of these terms and conditions.

How is the winner selected?

- The winner will be chosen by a random draw at ActronAir, 7 Fairview Pl, Marsden Park NSW 2765, at 11:00 AEST on September 28, 2023. The winner will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the draw.

What happens if the winner does not respond?

- If the winner does not respond to ActronAir within two (2) business days of being notified or if they cannot be readily identified, a second chance draw may be held to select an alternative winner(s) for any unclaimed prizes.

Are there any promotional requirements for winners?

- By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in promotional activities and material as required by ActronAir. Winners also consent to the use and publication of their name and details in marketing material without further reference or payment.

Is the prize transferable, and what if it's not available?

- The prize is not transferable to another person and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize. If the prize or part of it is not available for any reason, ActronAir may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to the winners' agreement.

Are there any terms and conditions changes possible?

What laws apply to this competition, and how are disputes resolved?

- The laws of Australia apply to this competition, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in Sydney, Australia.
