Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
The Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 1st February 2016 and closes at 8pm on Monday 29 February 2016. (“Promotion Period”). All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Central Standard Time. The Promoter is Beyond Bank Australia, a trading name of Community CPS Australia Ltd, 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000 (ABN 15 087 651 143, AFSL / ACL 237856) (“Promoter”).
Entry into this competition is open to residents of Western Australia who submit the entry form via Beyond Bank’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/beyondbank. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating agents and their agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the marketing purposes by the Promoter, including sending electronic messages to the entrant until consent is withdrawn by the entrant. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (available at http://www.beyondbank.com.au/privacy.html). The Promoter will provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communication every time the Promoter contacts them.
The Promoter will determine the winner based on a Game of Skill and the decision of the Promoter is final. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winner must answer the following three questionscorrectly (1)Who stars in "The Revenant”"? (2) What century is this film based in?  (3) What attacked the main character?  (4) What 3 items would you take with you if you were going to be stuck in the wilderness? The most creative response will be judged on the quality and originality of the information. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
The Prize Winner will be announced on Tuesday 1st March 2016. The Prize Winner will be notified by email using the address provided by the entrant when entering the competition within two business days from the date of the draw.
The Prize consists of one (1) individual prize of $400 that will be credited to a Community Reward Account in the name of the Prize Winner and (1) Family Pass at a Community Cinemas venue of their choice for 4 people valued at $52.
The Prize of a Family Pass and a Community Reward Account will require the Prize Winner to attend their local Beyond Bank branch to collect the movie tickets and open the Community Reward Account. The winner will be required to open a Community Reward Account with Beyond Bank to have their $400 deposited. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time or cancel the Promotion (or any part of it) without prior notice.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion
