The promotion "Zing Pop Culture’s search to find ‘Australia’s No. 1 Disney Pop Culture Fan’" is a contest organized by Electronics Boutique Australia Pty Ltd ACN 077 681 442 of 25 Backhouse Place Tradecoast Cn, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009 (Trading as EB Games and Zing Pop Culture). The contest is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, who have an Instagram or Facebook account with their profiles viewable by all members of the public. The entrants must provide their email address, date of birth and name to EB Games on request, have a registered residential address within Australia, and not be a director, management, employee, officer, representative, agent, or an immediate family member of EB Games, Disney, or the agencies or companies associated with the promotion. The promotion starts at 12.01am (AEST) on 28th April 2023 and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on 26th May 2023.

During the Promotion Period, entrants must include the link to a 60 second video to the Zing Pop Culture feature page website (located at www.zingpopculture.com.au/ZingNumber1DisneyFanAU/competitionand to the individuals Instagram or Facebook tagging #ZingNumber1DisneyFanAU, explaining what makes them feel they are Zing’s number 1 Disney Pop Culture Fan in Australia and why. Examples can be the entrant’s favorite Disney movie moment and why; which Disney Movie release the entrant is looking forward to the most in 2023; a favorite Disney moment the entrant was involved in during their life. There is a limit of one (1) entry per entrant across all Platforms (being the Zing Pop Culture feature page website and Instagram or Facebook).

The eligible entrant who wins the Prize will be able to travel, at their sole cost and expense, on designated travel dates between 27th May 2023 and 31st December 2023 (“Campaign”) to various Disney and Zing Pop Culture events and consent to being interviewed and for their photographs, videos, and any other material to be published on various Zing Pop Culture, EB Games Platforms and/or Disney Platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, ebgames.com.au, zingpopculture.com.au, and/or disney.com.au. The total worth of the Prize is AUD $10,000.
