Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over who are current Optus account holders by 2nd December 2024 and continue to hold their account until the prize fulfillment date. It includes both Consumer and Business customers, provided Business customers are the confirmed signatory and listed as the primary contact. However, directors, officers, management, employees of the Promoter, agencies, companies, participating premises, Optus Enterprise customers, and Optus Prepaid customers are not eligible to enter.

How can one enter the competition?
To enter, individuals must make a qualifying purchase of an eligible Optus post-paid mobile or internet plan between 18th November 2024 and 2nd December 2024. The eligible plan must be activated by the prize fulfillment date. Customers will automatically receive one entry per qualifying purchase. Purchases made with offers are also valid for entry. This includes signing up for a new service or upgrading an existing service to an eligible plan. Prepaid products, outright device purchases, and non-eligible plans do not qualify for entry.

What are the prizes and the total prize pool amount?
There are 15 prizes available, with one winner for each day of the competition period. Each prize consists of $4,000, awarded as either an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the winner's nominated Australian bank account or a cheque. The total prize pool amounts to $60,000. Winners will be notified within 5 business days of determination via email and will have until 8th January 2025 to claim their prize. If prizes remain unclaimed, a redraw will occur on 9th January 2025.
