A person may only enter this Promotion once each day and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period. In order for the Promoter to notify the winner, the entrant must provide his or her full contact details including their name, contact number and e-mail address. The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid. To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form available on the Scoopon website (www.scoopon.com.au/promo/5kCashGiveaway) by filling in all required fields and submitting the form as directed. Entrants must provide their full name, email address and postcode in order to successfully enter. For an additional 25 bonus entries, entrants can share their unique URL link provided after submitting the entry form and if an entrant’s friend enters using this link, those 25 bonus entries will be assigned to the original entrant.  PRIZE: There will be one prize (one winner). The winner will receive a $5000 cash prize. The total prize pool is valued at $5000. The prize will be provided to the winner in the form of a crossed-cheque, or in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer if the winner so requests. Prizes are not transferable. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute that prize with a prize that is equal in value or type subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
