Redheads Winter “Wrapped Firelighter” Video and Photo Contest (the “Contest”) Terms & Conditions:
 
A GAME OF SKILL NOT CHANCE
 
The contest is open to all Australian residents, regardless of age.
 
How to Enter
 
To enter, make a short video using a Redheads Wrapped Firelighter at home by the fireplace, or camping, or at a BBQ, or wherever you might need to light a fire this winter.  Have fun with it – you can demonstrate your fireplace or campfire lighting skills, you can be practical like a “how to” video, or use humor, or make a testimonial on why you like Redheads wrapped firelighters, or highlight your marshmallow eating ritual around at camp, or make a black and white silent video, or something else completely – you’re the Director, have fun with it – be creative and use your imagination!  You have unlimited creative scope so have a go!  A few other points.  You do not need to be a professional with video or video editing to enter, all entries are welcome.  You can shoot your video on a phone or a video camera.  Because of the large digital size of videos, we are recommending that they be no longer than 45 seconds in finished length.  If you choose to add a sound track (which is optional) to your video, all music and sounds must be copyright free. Any videos containing copyrighted music will be denied.
 
For those who are not familiar with video, you can submit a still photograph as an entry with the same themes as listed above, but will only be considered for the winter prize pack pool and one of the cash prizes as detailed below.
 
Entries may be submitted at facebook.com/redheadsmatches, or by Instagram, with the contest hashtag #RedheadsWinterVideo.  Multiple distinct entries allowed.
 
You acknowledge that you abide by the terms and conditions of Facebook, and Instagram, and that you are providing your personal details to Redheads Matches, and not to Facebook, or Instagram.
 
Entries may not contain, as determined by the sponsor, content that is sexually explicit, violent, derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, which violates any law, or is overtly/aggressively political/partisan, or seeks to publicize a political party, legislative or public policy agenda/issue or which communicates a messages inconsistent with the positive good will to which we wish to associate.
 
Any entries that are submitted that violate this provision will be deleted at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
 
Any votes for entries that are determined to come from fake Facebook profiles will also be disallowed at the Sponsors’ discretion.
 
The winners agree that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, image and/or voice, including having photographs/film taken with the winning video, for use in any future promotional, marketing or publicity purpose (the content, format and style of which will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion), in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid to the entrant.
 
It is a condition of entering this competition that each entrant agrees to assign all their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in their video to the Sponsor.  It is a condition of entry that by entering you agree to receive future marketing materials from Redheads.
 
The prizes
 
Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place videos, in the amounts of Australian Dollars - $5,000, $2,000 and $1,000 respectively.  In addition, Fourth through Seventh place, will win $500 each.  An Eighth place winner will be selected from still photos, and received $500.  An additional 20 winners of a Redheads winter prize pack will be selected from both video and photo entries.
 
The cash prizes will be awarded by a judging panel consisting of Redheads executives and a cinematography/film expert with creativity of submission as the key judging criteria.  Voting will only be utilized to give the judges of an indication of the popularity of various entries and will not form part of the selection criteria. All decisions of the judging panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
Prizes will be paid to all winners in cash by electronic banking transfer within 30 days of the completion of the contest. If you are under 18 years of age at the completion of the contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to make said payment to your parent, or legal guardian on your behalf.  Non-cash prizes will be mailed to winners within 45 days of the completion of the contest.
 
As a condition of accepting any prize, winners may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Sponsor in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
 
The contest Sponsor is Redheads (trading as ST-Group Australia Pty Ltd), Level 1, 35 Dalmore Drive, Scoresby Victoria 3179.
 
Employees and immediate relatives of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member.
 
Entries will be open from midnight May 16, 2016 and close on at 5 pm Aug, 12 2016, AEST.  Judging of entries will take place in the following two weeks, at which time the contest will be completed.
 
If a virus, bug, technical failure or catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, affects the fairness and/or integrity of this contest, the sponsor reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend this contest.
 
This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the contest, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the contest.
 
The law of the State of Victoria, Australia will govern this contest.
