What are the prize details for this competition?
Win $5,000 worth of Quick-Step flooring products! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.
Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Yahoo!7 Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), Premium Floors Australia Pty Limited (the “Sponsor” or “Quick-Step”) and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
The Competition commences on Thursday, 1 May 2014, at 3PM (AEST) and concludes on Monday, 30 June 2014 at 5.00PM (AEST) (the “Competition Period”).
In order to enter, users must:
(a) log-on to www.yahoo7.com.au/quickstepflooring, follow the instructions to register their name, address (including postcode), daytime telephone number and email address;
(b) upload a photo of their favourite room in their house;* and
(c) answer the following question in 25 words or less:
"Why is the room shown in the photo you uploaded your favorite room of your house?”
*Entrants must have all legal rights and all authorities necessary to renovate the room that is the subject of their entry (including, without limitation, the right to replace the flooring of such room). The Promoter reserves the right to require the Winners to produce documentation considered suitable for verifying that they have these legal rights and authorities. The room must be located in a property in Australia.
PRIZE:
The Prize includes $AUD 5,000 worth of Quick-Step flooring products
PRIZE TERMS:
- The installation of the Quick-Step flooring products selected by the Winner is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the Winner.
- The Winners will be put in direct contact with a stockist assigned by Quick-Step.
- The Winners must work with the Quick-Step stockist to select, up to a value of $5,000, Quick- Step flooring products including; timber, laminate, bamboo as well as matching accessories, but excluding the new Luxury Vinyl Tiles. For avoidance of doubt, products sold by the stockist which are not Quick-Step flooring products are not included in the Prize.
- The Prize is valid until 30th September 2014. By this date, the Winners must have selected their Quick-Step flooring product/s. All prize money not spent on Quick-Step flooring products in accordance with this clause by 30th September 2014 will be forfeited by the Winner.
Total Prize pool value is A MAXIMUM OF $AUD 10,000 (including GST).
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices and are correct as of Friday, 11 April 2014. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the end of the Competition Period.
