Who is eligible to enter the competition?
The competition is open to Australian residents who are over 18 years of age.
What are the entry requirements?
Only entries completed with the provided terms and conditions will be eligible.
When does the competition start and end?
The competition starts at 00:01 AEST on May 29, 2023, and closes at 23:59 AEST on June 11, 2023.
What is the prize for the winner?
The lucky winner will receive five bare rooted fruit trees. The varieties of fruit trees are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the Nursery. The total prize is valued at $250. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
When and how will the winner be chosen?
The winners will be drawn at random on June 12, 2023, at 12:00 pm AEST at nextmedia Pty Ltd, 205 Pacific Hwy, St Leonards NSW 2065. The competition has permit numbers: NSW authority no: TP/01427 and ACT permit no: TP 22/02448.
How will the winner's details be used?
The winner's details will be shared with Fleming's Nursey for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Please allow up to four weeks from the draw date for the delivery of the prize.
