Entrants will receive one (1) Entry into the Major Prize Draw for each insurance policy renewal date provided, up to a maximum of five (5) Entries. Entrants that select ‘No insurance’ on the online entry form will receive a maximum of one (1) Entry into the Major Prize Draw. b. After submitting an Entry, Entrants will be presented with a pop-up window that will allow an Entrant the option to submit both text and an image that captures a ‘memory they would like to relive’ to the Promoter (Memory). Entrants who successfully submit their Memory to the Promoter from the pop-up window provided will receive one Entry into all Monthly Prize Draws that occur after the day on which their Memory is received in the Promotion database.
