To enter, participants must submit an entry using the online form provided on the sweepstakes page. Entries must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements and adhere to the rules and specifications. Each person can enter only once. Any fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

What is the prize for the Sweepstakes?

The prize for the Sweepstakes is a $500 Jones & Co gift card, with an approximate retail value of $500. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, and the prize is nontransferable. The winner is responsible for any and all prize-related expenses, including taxes. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.

How is the winner selected and notified?

The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via email within five days following the winner selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Jones & Co reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Jones & Co may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Jones & Co. By participating, the participant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by the Rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements.
