What are the prize details for this competition?
Win $5000 to $6000 - 1.The prize draw is open to all readers of Melbourne and Sydney Custom Homes 2015-2016 digital editions.
2. The prize pool is comprised of the following:
a) Designer Bathware to the value of $5500 from Gro Agencies
b) Designer Rug from The Rug Establishment to the value of $5000
c) Original artwork by David Giles to the value of $6000
3. Prizes are NOT redeemable for cash. Freight and or shipping costs associated with claiming prizes is solely the responsibility of the entrant.
4. Entry is by way of entry form located on www.customhomesonline.com.au
5. Custom Homes Magazine reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at anytime and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as
final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable, not
exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
6.Custom Homes Magazine reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the
subscription process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Failure by
Custom Homes Magazine to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
7. The competition will be open until June 30th 2016 and will be drawn on 14th July 2016, to the first
three names drawn by random method from all entries received by June 30th 2016.The winners will be notified by e-mail and or mobile phone. All attempts will be made to ensure that the winners are notified. Any prizes that remain unclaimed within 6 months of the draw will be transferred to Custom Homes Magazine for re-allocation or use as Custom Homes Magazine sees fit.
The judge?s decision will be final. Custom Homes Magazine will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of Custom Homes Magazine will be final and legally binding.
8. The winners consent to Custom Homes Magazine using the their name, likeness, image
and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and the awarded product manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by
Custom Homes Magazine.
9. By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and
conditions.
10. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Custom Homes Magazine,
Custom Homes Magazine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law
to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Custom Homes Magazine (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the prize and promotion, including, but not limited to,
where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(whether or not under control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Custom Homes Magazine) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Custom Homes Magazine; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any prize.
