The competition closes at 9:00am (AESDT) on Friday 19th of October,
2018 (or once both major prizes have been given away, whichever
comes first)
8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be a current resident in the state of Victoria to
enter the competition
Competition is open to all ages however, Entrants under the age of 18
years will need their parent/guardians express permission to enter and
participate in the promotion. Any prize awarded to entrants under 18
will be awarded to their parent or guardian in the Promoter’s absolute
discretion.
9. How to enter Phone entry:
At various times during the Competition Period:
A) Listeners will be invited to call 13 1065 during a specified time
period
B) Entrants who successfully call 13 1065 and are selected by the
Promoter (in its absolute discretion) will be placed within a call
waiting list.
C) One entrant on the call waiting list will be selected at random
by the promoter to guess the song name and artists as part of
the challenge.
D) The promoter reserves the right on occasion to take more than
one entrant on air to attempt the challenge.

10. Limitation on entries Entrants are only eligible to place their guess on air once during the
campaign period.
11. Challenge Details A) The contestant will be played a produced snippet of audio by
the Promoter
B) The contestant must correctly identify ALL of the songs and
artists played within the snippet, in the correct order as played
in the snippet on the air.
C) The promoter may state correct and incorrect guesses at its
absolute discretion.
D) The first contestant on the air to correctly identify all the song
name in full (at Promoter discretion)s and artists in the correct
order will be awarded a ‘major prize’
E) If the contestant states multiple artists and/or songs their first
guess will be considered as their answer to the challenge. The
promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
Entrants are only considered as an official ‘guess’ if the entrant makes it
to air stating their guess during the specified contesting time.
The promoter may release clues on air or on social channels at any time
across the promotional period.
The promoter may state if the contestant has one or more of the
correct artists listed.

17: Prize Claim and Delivery
The Station will contact the winner and the prize will be made via
electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account,
which can take up to 20 business days to process.
18. Prize Claim Date and Time
& Unclaimed Prize Draw
Prizes must be claimed within three (3) months of winning.
Prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited.
17. Special conditions The Promoter shall have no responsibility for the failure of any
means of communication/technical difficulty whether within the
Promoter’s control or otherwise.
For the avoidance of doubt, the decision as to winner is at the absolute
determination of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered
into.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the time of the contesting
hour without any notice to the contestants.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for
the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and
promotional purposes.
Should any elements of the Prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not
available for any unforeseen reason, the Promoter takes no
responsibility and the Prize Winner will not be compensated.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Contesting Period at its
absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the
Competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, The Promoter
and its Sponsor (including the Sponsor’s officers, employees and agents)
are not liable to You in respect of any Loss however it is caused
(including, without limitation, Loss arising from any Loss Event), which
You suffer or incur or which arises directly or indirectly in respect of You
accepting this offer of a Prize, making arrangements to embark on any
travel or other elements or part comprising the Prize or undertaking or
participating in any part of the Prize, including if the Loss is as a result of
a failure or omission on the part of the Promoter, or any service
