The competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 or older, where the Channel Seven and affiliate broadcaster signals are received. Employees, immediate family, and friends of Seven Network, Spotlight Pty Ltd, Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?
The competition runs from Monday, 9th September 2024, at 19:30 AEST, and concludes on Sunday, 24th November 2024, at 23:59 AEDT. There are multiple entry periods with individual close dates, the final one ending on 24th November 2024.
How can one enter?
To enter, participants must visit 7plus.com.au/RatethePlate, rate the dishes ("Rate the Plate/s") featured during the corresponding entry period, and complete the competition entry form. Each entrant can submit one valid entry per person per day throughout the competition period.

What are the prizes?
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $32,000. There will be one major prize of AUD $5,000 cash, and fifty-four minor prizes, each consisting of a AUD $500 Spotlight voucher, totaling AUD $27,000. The vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue.
