Who can enter?

Australian residents 18 years and older.

When does it close?

The Promotion starts at 12:01AM on 25/04/2024 and closes at 11:59PM on 12/05/2024 AEST.

How can one enter?

To enter, spend AUD$100 or more in a single transaction, online or in-store at Chemist Warehouse using Afterpay during the Promotion Period.

What are the prizes?

The winner will receive $5,000 by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Total prize pool value is AUD$5,000.

Total prize pool value is AUD$5,000.

Who is eligible to win?

Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and older. Employees and other staff (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or the Promotion Partner are ineligible to enter.

How will the winner be determined?

A random prize draw will occur at 10:00AM on 05/06/2024 AEST, and 1 winner will be notified by email and have their name published at www.afterpay.com/en-AU/CWHmothersday24.

How will the prize be delivered?

The winner will receive $5,000 cash by EFT transfer. To collect the prize by EFT, the winner must have a bank account held in their sole name.

What happens if the prize is unclaimed?

If any prizes remain unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact a winner, a subsequent unclaimed prize draw will be conducted.

What are the marketing and privacy conditions?

Entrants consent to their entry and Personal Information being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes. Personal Information may be disclosed to other organisations for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes.

What other terms should be considered?

These terms and conditions do not limit, modify, or exclude consumer guarantees as provided in the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter may amend any of these terms and conditions if required to comply with applicable laws.
