When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 1 November 2026. Entries will not be accepted after this time.
How do I enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must be members of the Club Comfort Program and make a single transaction of $150 AUD or more at a participating Pillow Talk store during the promotional period. The transaction must be recorded against their loyalty membership at the time of purchase.
Who is eligible to enter the Pillow Talk Christmas Refresh competition?
The competition is open to residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and the Australian Capital Territory who are aged 18 years or older. Entrants must make qualifying purchases in-store and be members of the Club Comfort Program.
How is the winner selected?
Winners are selected through two random electronic draws conducted at 25 Kiln Street, Darra QLD 4076. The first draw occurs on 26 October 2026, and the second on 2 November 2026. Each draw selects ten winners from eligible entries.
How will the winner be notified?
Winners will be notified in writing via email and phone within two business days of each draw. They must provide photo identification and proof of Club Comfort membership to claim their prize.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize remains unclaimed by 5:00 PM AEST on 31 January 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 10:00 AM AEST on 2 February 2027. Winners from this draw will be notified via email and phone.
