The Hear Well Live Well competition offers a total prize pool of AUD$22,000. Each week, one winner will receive a $1,000 GiftPay gift card. There are 22 gift cards available, one for each weekly draw. The gift cards can be used as per the issuer's terms and conditions, but any ancillary costs or unused balances are not redeemable for cash.
When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 December 2026. Participants must ensure their entries are submitted before this deadline to be eligible for the final draw.
How do I enter the competition?
To enter the competition, participants must book and attend a hearing check or assessment at any Amplifon, Bay Audio, Ampli-Retail, or Attune hearing store during the promotional period. Completing an online hearing test also qualifies for entry. Bonus entries are awarded for purchasing products during the assessment, and Bupa customers may receive additional entries.
Who is eligible to enter the Hear Well Live Well competition?
The Hear Well Live Well competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Amplifon and associated companies, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
How is the winner selected?
Winners are selected through weekly draws using computerised random selection at Plexus, Level 9, 628 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Each draw occurs at 12:00 PM AEDT/AEST on specified dates. The first valid entry drawn each week wins the prize.
How will the winner be notified?
Winners will be notified in writing and by phone within seven days of each draw. Their names will also be published on Amplifon's website at https://www.amplifon.com/au/cmp/hear-well-live-well-2026/winners/.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize is unclaimed by 12:00 PM AEDT on 15 February 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at the same location and time as the original draw. Winners of this draw will be notified in writing and by phone within seven days, with results published online by 22 February 2027.
